The FLRA General Counsel, Joe Swerdzewski, today announced the appointment of two Regional Attorneys: Charlotte Dye in the Dallas Regional Office and Timothy Sullivan in the Denver Regional Office.

As Regional Attorneys, Ms. Dye and Mr. Sullivan will be responsible for managing all of the legal work for the Region, including using traditional and alternative dispute resolution techniques to investigate, settle or prosecute unfair labor practice charges
