THOMAS BECK NOMINATED TO FLRA AUTHORITY

The President has nominated Thomas M. Beck, of Virginia, to be a Member of the Federal Labor Relations Authority and upon appointment, designate Chair, for a five-year term expiring 07/29/12. Mr. Beck currently serves as a Partner at Jones Day. Prior to this, he served as an Associate at Jones Day. Mr. Beck received his bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
