Statutory Training Program Schedule Announced
The FLRA’s Office of the General Counsel is pleased to again present its statutory training at no cost to participants. This program is consistent with the commitment to offer training on rights and obligations under the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute. The General Counsel, Colleen Duffy Kiko, believes that education is a valuable tool in promoting healthy labor-management relations in the federal sector. The statutory training program will be presented on a quarterly basis throughout the country.
