As part of its continuing efforts to improve its operations and increase the effectiveness of its services, the FLRA today announced changes in the jurisdiction of its Regional Offices. The changes, which are effective October 1, 1996, cover cases arising in North Dakota, Tennessee, New Mexico, Alaska, Delaware, West Virginia and parts of Pennsylvania and Missouri.
