FLRA General Counsel Joe Swerdzewski today announced the appointment of Barbara S. Liggett as Regional Attorney of the Washington D.C. Regional Office.

As Regional Attorney, Ms. Liggett will be responsible for managing all of the legal work for the Region, including using traditional and alternative dispute resolution techniques to investigate, settle and prosecute unfair labor practice charges and to process representation petitions.
