ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR)
The purposes and policies of the Statute can best be achieved through the collaborative efforts of parties covered under the Statute. The General Counsel encourages parties to meet and, in good faith, attempt to resolve labor relations disputes. To that end, the Office of General Counsel offers ADR services to facilitate parties’ efforts to identify and communicate their respective issues and interests, and develop mutually beneficial resolutions to labor relations disputes.
