DECISION REMANDING CASE
TO REGIONAL DIRECTOR
The Regional Director of the San Francisco, California Region of the Federal Labor Relations Authority issued a Complaint and Notice of Hearing in the captioned matter. A hearing was held pursuant to the Complaint before the undersigned on August 29, 1996 in San Francisco, California. The hearing was adjourned sine die to allow the parties to further explore settlement of the matter.
On August 29, 1996, Counsel for the General Counsel, pursuant to section 2423.11(e)(1) of the Rules and Regulations of the Federal Labor Relations Authority filed a Motion to Remand the Case to the Region.
Whereas the parties have reached a settlement with respect to the case and,
Whereas all parties agree that the case should be remanded to the Regional Director, it is hereby,
ORDERED that the case is remanded to the Regional Director to take such action as is deemed necessary to effectuate the purposes and policies of the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute.
