Title III of the Notification and Federal Employee Anti-Discrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (No FEAR Act) requires federal agencies to post certain statistical information relating to equal employment opportunity (EEO) complaint activity pertaining to the agency on their public web sites. Accordingly, the Federal Labor Relations Authority posts the following statistical data for the current fiscal year and, to the extent available, for each of the five preceding fiscal years. The statistical data for the current fiscal year will be updated on this website quarterly.
