Sec. 2428.1  Scope.

    This part sets forth procedures under which the Authority, pursuant 
to 5 U.S.C. 7105(a)(2)(I), will enforce decisions and orders of the 
Assistant Secretary in standards of conduct matters arising under 5 
U.S.C. 7120.
