The Authority denied the Union's motion for reconsideration of the Authority's decision in 57 FLRA 847 (2002). The Authority concluded that the Union failed to establish any of the situations that the Authority has identified as constituting extraordinary circumstances which would warrant reconsideration of a decision. The Authority stated that the Union's assertions were mere disagreements with the conclusions reached in 57 FLRA 847 and provided no basis for granting reconsideration. Accordingly, the motion for reconsideration was dismissed.
