The Authority denied the Agency's motion for reconsideration after finding that the Agency's allegation that the Authority incorrectly interpreted law and made errors of fact was nothing more than an attempt to relitigate the conclusions reached by the Authority in 57 FLRA 261, and 57 FLRA 927. The Authority found that the motion for reconsideration was insufficient to satisfy the extraordinary circumstances under section 2429.17. The Authority noted that in order to demonstrate extraordinary circumstances a moving party has to establish that the Authority erred in its remedial order, process, conclusion of law, or factual finding.
