This case came before the Authority on the Union's motion for reconsideration of the Authority's decision in 60 FLRA 483 (2004)   Section 2429.17 of the Authority's Regulations permits a party that can establish extraordinary circumstances to request reconsideration of an Authority decision.  The Authority concluded that the Union failed to establish extraordinary circumstances warranting reconsideration.  Accordingly, the Union's motion was denied.
