Duty to Bargain and Scope of Bargaining

This is an advanced training program and designed for participants who engage in significant bargaining in the federal sector under the Statute.  This class is open only to those who have completed a Basic Statutory Training class. 

Pre-registration is requred.  Space is limited, so please register early.  Participants from the same facility may be limited to a certain number of seats per session to ensure that the program is made available to a broad audience within the federal labor relations community.  (This course is at no cost to attendees.)
