Topics to be addressed include the following: An introduction to the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute; an overview of the FLRA and the unfair labor practice charge investigation process; information about specific unfair labor practices, including investigatory examinations, formal discussions and bypasses, discrimination and retaliation under the Statute, the union’s duty of fair representation and information requests.

The FLRA is holding an Advanced Statutory Training on September 8, 2017 that will focus on bargaining. You must register for each training separately.  If you are a government employee, please bring your PIV/CAC card as this will expedite the process of going through security.
