This two-day course offers a broad overview of federal-sector labor law. The course will include instruction from the Atlanta Regional Office staff and interactive exercises covering the follwing topics:
- Meetings (including Formal Discussion, Weingarten and Bypass)
- Interference and Discrimination
- Information Requests under the Statute
- Official Time
- Processing Unfair Labor Practice Charges
Pre-registration is required. Space is limited due to interactive exercises, so please register early. Participants from the same facility may be limited to a certain number of seats per session to ensure that the program is made available to a broad audience within the federal labor relations community.
