The Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) is pleased to announce that two web-based interactive courses on representation case issues are now available on-line.  The courses are, “Impact of Reorganization on Bargaining Units” and “Statutory Exclusions from Bargaining Units.”  For the full announcement, click here.
