The Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) is pleased to announce that it has prepared for publication by the Government Printing Office (GPO) – and for purchase by other Federal agencies – the “Pocket Statute.”  The Pocket Statute is the 3” x 5” soft-bound version of the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute (Statute), and also includes the Back Pay Act.  As the FLRA’s website provides a printable version of the Pocket Statute at www.flra.gov/statute, it no longer distributes large quantities of the soft-bound Pocket Statute to customers.  We are pleased to now also offer FLRA customers the opportunity to purchase the Pocket Statute in bulk directly from GPO for a limited time.  To view the full announcement and ordering information, click here.
