33 FLRA No. 89

FEDERAL LABOR RELATIONS AUTHORITY

WASHINGTON, D.C.

BUREAU OF RECLAMATION

LOWER COLORADO REGION, YUMA PROJECTS OFFICE

YUMA, ARIZONA

(Respondent)

and

NATIONAL FEDERATION OF FEDERAL EMPLOYEES

(Charging Party)

8-CA-70558

DECISION AND ORDER

October 31, 1988

Before Chairman Calhoun and Member McKee.

The Administrative Law Judge issued the attached decision in this case. The Judge found that the Respondent had engaged in the unfair labor practices alleged in the complaint by refusing to furnish, upon request of the National Federation of Federal Employees (the Charging Party), the names and home addresses of bargaining unit employees. The Charging Party requested the names and home addresses of bargaining unit employees on behalf of its constituent, the National Federation of Federal Employees, Local 1487 (the Union). The Union is the exclusive representative of two units of the Respondent's employees. The Judge granted the General Counsel's motion for summary judgment and recommended that the Respondent be ordered to take appropriate remedial action. The Respondent filed exceptions to the Judge's decision. No opposition was filed to the Respondent's exceptions.

Pursuant to section 2423.29 of the Authority's Rules and Regulations and section 7118 of the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute (the Statute), we have reviewed the rulings of the Judge and find that no prejudicial error was committed. We affirm the rulings.

Upon consideration of the Judge's decision, the exceptions, and the entire record, we adopt the Judge's findings, conclusions, and recommended Order.(*) See Farmers Home Administration Finance Office, St. Louis, Missouri, 23 FLRA 788 (1986), enforced in part and remanded sub nom.
