ORDER

On October 4, 1988, the Authority issued an Order granting Petitioner an opportunity to correct a deficiency in his application for review. Procedural review of the application indicated the appeal failed to meet the Authority's Rules and Regulations governing applications for review. (5 C.F.R. Part 2422).

The Authority's Order of October 4, 1988, stated in pertinent part:

You are granted until the close of business on October 17, 1988, in which to file the required additional information in the National Office of the Authority (CCO Director, FLRA, Docket Room 213, 500 C Street, SW., Washington, D.C. 20424) in order to complete your application.

. . . . .

Failure to comply with the Authority's rules of procedure within the time limit provided may result in dismissal of the application for review.

As of this date, Petitioner has failed to provide the requested documentation. Accordingly, the application for review is dismissed.
