Office of the Executive Director

The FLRA Chairman carries out the statutory function of Chief Executive Officer through the Executive Director.  The Office of the Executive Director provides operational support to all components of the FLRA.  Services include budget and finance, procurement, administrative services, and information resources management.  Additionally, the Office of the Executive Director is responsible for developing and implementing agency-wide initiatives, including strategic planning, human capital, and Freedom of Information Act services.
