The Office of General Counsel of the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard S. Jones as Regional Director of the Atlanta Regional Office.  Mr. Jones will be responsible for management of personnel and operations relating to the investigation, analysis, resolution, and litigation of unfair labor practice cases in the Atlanta Region, which covers Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  In addition, he will supervise the processing of representation petitions for cases arising in his Region.  The announcement detailing the appointment can be found here.
