Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) Chairman Carol Waller Pope is pleased to announce that, on February 12, 2014, President Obama nominated Julia Akins Clark for a second term as the General Counsel of the FLRA. Ms. Clark was appointed by President Obama on August 10, 2009, after unanimous Senate confirmation.
