The FLRA Announces President Obama's Nomination of Julia Akins Clark to Serve Second Term as General Counsel

Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) Chairman Carol Waller Pope is pleased to announce that, on February 12, 2014, President Obama nominated Julia Akins Clark for a second term as the General Counsel of the FLRA. Ms. Clark was appointed by President Obama on August 10, 2009, after unanimous Senate confirmation. She received her J.D. in 1980 from the American University, Washington College of Law, and her B.A. in 1977 from Oklahoma Baptist University. For the full announcement, click here.
