FLRA To Hold Town Hall Meetings In Philadelphia and New York City

The Federal Labor Relations Authority’s (FLRA’s) General Counsel, Julia Akins Clark, announced that the FLRA will hold Town Hall meetings in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on Monday, September 26, 2011, and in New York City on Tuesday, September 27, 2011. The meetings will include a panel discussion with FLRA Chairman Carol Waller Pope (New York City) and FLRA Member Ernest DuBester (Philadelphia), as well as General Counsel Clark and Federal Service Impasses Panel Member Donald Wasserman. Three on-line information resources will be introduced -- a comprehensive, web-based Unfair Labor Practice Case Law Outline, an Unfair Labor Practice Casehandling Manual, and a Guide to Arbitration under the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute (Statute). FLRA Deputy General Counsel Dennis P.
