ORDER

March 3, 1989

On February 3, 1989, the Authority issued an Order granting the American Federation of Government Employees, AFL-CIO, Local 1164 (Union) an opportunity to correct deficiencies in its petition for review of negotiability issues in the above-referenced case.

The Authority's Order stated that the submission must be filed by February 8, 1989, and that failure to comply with the Order may result in dismissal of the Union's petition. 5.C.F.R. § 2424.4(c)(1).

The Union has failed to respond to the Authority's Order of February 3, 1989. Accordingly, the Union's petition for review is dismissed. 5 C.F.R. § 2424.4(c)(1).
