Julia Akins Clark, General Counsel of the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), today announced the appointment of Paige Swenson as the Regional Attorney of the Denver Regional Office.  In her new position, Ms. Swenson will assist Denver Regional Director Timothy Sullivan in the management of personnel and operations relating to the investigation and resolution of unfair labor practice and representation cases in the Denver Region, which covers Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming.  For the full announcement, click here.
