Whereas the Charging Party has submitted a request to withdraw the charge underlying the captioned matter and,

Whereas the Regional Director pursuant to §§ 2423.11 of the Rules and Regulations of the Federal Labor Relations Authority filed a Motion to Remand the captioned matter in order to approve the parties' settlement, it is hereby,

ORDERED that the matter should be, and hereby is remanded to the Regional Director for purposes of approving the parties' settlement and withdrawing the complaint.
