DECISION AND ORDER REMANDING CASE

On February 13, 2001 during the hearing, the parties entered into a settlement agreement resolving the issues in this case.

Accordingly, the matter is Remanded to the Regional Director, Atlanta Regional Office, for further action consistent with the parties settlement agreement which will effectuate the purposes and policies of the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute.

ORDER


Pursuant to 5 C.F.R. § 2423.31(e)(1), the case is hereby Remanded to the Regional Director, Atlanta Regional Office.
