DECISION AND ORDER REMANDING CASE

On October 3, 2000 during the hearing, the parties entered into a settlement agreement resolving the issues in this case. In addition, the Charging Party agreed to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge.

Accordingly, the matter is Remanded to the Regional Director, Chicago Regional Office, for further action consistent with the parties settlement agreement which will effectuate the purposes and policies of the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute.

ORDER

Pursuant to 5 C.F.R. § 2423.31(e)(1), the case is hereby Remanded to the Regional Director, Chicago Regional Office.
