DECISION AND ORDER REMANDING CASE


On December 15, 1999, a hearing was opened in the above case. At hearing, the Charging Party and Respondent signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which among other things, provided that the Charging Party would withdraw the charge in the case. The parties considered the MOU a settlement of all issues in this case.


Based on the parties settlement of the matter and because there is a MOU providing that the charge be withdrawn, it is, hereby:


ORDERED that the hearing is closed, and the case is remanded to the Regional Director for further actions which would effectuate the purposes and policies of the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute.

ORDERED


Pursuant to section 2423.31(l) of the Authority's Rules and Regulations, 5 C.F.R. § 2423.31(l), this matter is hereby Remanded to the Regional Director, Dallas Regional Office, Federal Labor Relations Authority, for further action consistent herewith.
