DECISION AND ORDER REMANDING CASE
A hearing on this case was held in Atlanta, Georgia on February 15, 2005. The General Counsel has submitted a motion to remand the case to the Regional Office so as to allow for the approval of the withdrawal of the underlying unfair labor practice charge pursuant to a settlement. In his motion the General Counsel has indicated that the Charging Party and the Respondent have no objection to its being granted. Accordingly, the motion to remand is granted.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case be, and hereby is, remanded to the Regional Director of the Atlanta Region for further action to effectuate the terms of the settlement and the purposes of the Statute.
