- Within 10 (ten) days from the receipt of this award, the Agency will provide the Union with ALL necessary documents needed and used to determine the amount of money to be paid to each eligible employees [sic] as well as ALL documentation relating to the amounts already paid to eligible employees.
- The Agency will allow and include the Union, or its designated representative, to fully participate in the calculations of all payments to eligible employees. Union representatives will be on Official Time, when appropriate.
- Within 10 (ten) days from the receipt of this award, or if exceptions are filed with the FLRA, 10 (ten) days from the date of the Authority’s decision, the parties shall meet, in good faith, and attempt to reach a mutually agreeable settlement regarding payment to eligible employees including a bilateral determination of an ending date for payment of the overtime penalty and the liquidated damages. Such payment shall include any additional payment to employees who were paid since the unilateral cutoff date of November 16, 201. Additionally, the parties shall attempt to reach an agreement regarding the customary and reasonable attorney’s fees awarded in the Original Award. Union participants in this resolution process will be on Official Time, when appropriate.
