Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) General Counsel Julia Akins Clark has announced the appointment of John R. Pannozzo Jr. as Regional Director of the FLRA’s San Francisco Regional Office.  In his new position, Mr. Pannozzo will be responsible for the investigation and resolution of representation and unfair labor practice cases filed under the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute (the Statute) in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.  For the full announcement, click here.
