Basic Statutory Training

This two-day  course is designed for federal sector agency and union labor relations representatives and includes instruction by Regional Office staff and interactive exercises for the following topics:

• Meetings (including Formal Discussion, Weingarten and Bypass)
• Interference and Discrimination
• Information Requests under the Statute
• Official Time
• Duty to Bargain
• Processing unfair labor practice charges

Pre-registration is required.  Space is limited, so please register early.  Participants from the same facility may be limited to a certain number of seats per session to ensure that the program is made available to a broad audience within the federal labor relations community.  This course is at no cost to attendees.
