Office of the Chief Information Officer

The Chief Information Officer for the Federal Labor Relations Authority is responsible for facilitating the agency's mission by leveraging Information Technology capacity and planned capacity to the customer in the most efficient manner.   The main lines of business for the FLRA are as follows:

    1. Case Management

    2. Issue Decisions

    3. Customer Outreach

As a standalone Federal agency, the office must not only strive to satisfy users' and stakeholders' requirements, but it must also satisfy statutory and Federal mandates.
