The Advanced Statutory Training includes:   Duty to Bargain and Scope of Bargaining.  It is designed for participants who engage in significant bargaining in the federal sector under the Statute.  The program includes instruction by Regional Office staff.   

This is an advanced training program.  Therefore, this class is opened only to those who have completed a Basic Statutory Training class.  Pre-registration is required.  Space is limited, so please register early.  Participants from the same facility may be limited to a certain number of seats per session to ensure that the program is made available to a broad audience within the federal labor relations community.  Please do not register if you have not previously taken a Basic Statutory Training class or if you are not involved in significant bargaining in the federal sector.
