Advanced Statutory Training

The Advanced Statutory Training course is designed for those individuals who have knowledge of the principles covered in the Basic Statutory course.  The course builds upon the knowledge gained in the first course and provides the student with an opportunity to develop a more in-depth knowledge of collective bargaining and related topics, including the scope of bargaining, the duty to bargain, negotiability, repudiation of agreements, and the covered-by doctrine.   The course will be taught by Regional Director Philip T. Roberts and Regional Attorney William Kirsner from the FLRA OGC Boston Region.    

Registration in the September 7 Basic Statutory training course does not guarantee acceptance into this course, and each training requires separate registration.  If you are a government employee, please bring your PIV/CAC card as this will expedite the process of going through security.
