Basic Statutory Training

This one day class includes instruction by the Chicago Regional Office staff and interactive exercises on the following subjects:

• Meetings (including Formal Discussion, Weingarten and Bypass)
• Interference and Discrimination
• Information Requests under the Statute
• Duty to Bargain
• Processing Unfair Labor Practice charges

Please note that employees may bring their HSPD-12 card to office 441 to get turnstile access to the Metcalfe building.  They must know their PIN to get their card enrolled in the building system.  If federal employees already have access to the J.C.K. federal buiding by using their HSPD-12 card then the HSPD-12 card should work at the Metcalfe building as well.  Space is limited and should you find that you are unable to attend, PLEASE IMMEDIATLELY NOTIFY  Ylanda Wilson by email at:  ywilson@flra.gov to cancel your reservation to attend.
