Topics to be covered include an overview of the FLRA and common Unfair Labor Practices; an overview of collective bargaining under the Statute; and an overview of formal discussions, investigatory examinations and meetings constituting bypasses under the Statute. The training will be open to both labor organizations and management representatives.
