This course offers a broad overview of federal-sector labor law.  Topics include:   the duty to bargain; meetings, including formal discussions, bypasses, and investigatory examinations (or Weingarten meetings); interference with statutory rights and discrimination based on protected activity; bars to filing ULP charges, such as timeliness and prior grievances; Information requests; and Representation issues.  Exercises may be incorporated throughout the day to enhance the learning process.

Pre-registration is required.  Space is limited, so please register early.  Participants from the same facility may be limited to a certain number of seats per session to ensure that the program is made available to a broad audience within the federal labor relations community.  (This course is at no cost to attendees.)

REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE WITHOUT AN OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION NOTICE FROM THE DENVER REGIONAL OFFICE.
