Upon successful registration for the training, participants will be provided with a Teams meeting link.
This training is an introductory course that is ideal for practitioners who want to learn how to properly and timely submit filings to the Authority as part of a negotiability dispute. The training covers differences between bargaining-obligation and negotiability disputes; how and when to involve the FLRA; parties’ respective filing burdens; common procedural issues; and the role of alternative dispute resolution in the negotiability process. This training does not teach bargaining techniques.
In the event of a Government shutdown, and depending on the length of any such shutdown, the training may be held on an alternate to-be-determined date.
