Representation Training

This one day  course is designed for federal sector agency and union labor relations representatives and includes instruction by Regional Office staff and interactive exercises for the following topics:

• The Nuts and Bolts of Processing Representation Petitions
• Statutory Exclusions
• Appropriate Unit Determinations
• Investigations and Hearings
• Elections

Pre-registration is required.  Space is limited, so please register early.  Participants from the same facility may be limited to a certain number of seats per session to ensure that the program is made available to a broad audience within the federal labor relations community.  This course is at no cost to attendees.
