Join attorneys from the FLRA Chicago Regional Office to learn more about common unfair labor practices, such as Weingarten meetings, formal discussions, and bargaining over agency proposed changes. The course includes up-to date explanations of what these unfair labor practices are and how the FLRA determines whether they occurred. Participants are encouraged to ask questions to make sure they understand their collective bargaining rights and obligations as relevant to their agencies’ work environment and missions. This course is appropriate for federal sector union and management officials, such as union representatives, labor relations specialists, and attorneys.
