Statutory training is provided through various methods within the Federal Labor Relations Authority. The Authority, the Office of the General Counsel, and the Federal Service Impasses Panel all offer training on rights and obligations under the Statute, relevant case law, and regulatory filing requirements. Classroom training is offered periodically on basic and advanced statutory rights and obligations through the Office of the General Counsel.  The Authority and the Federal Service Impasses Panel also provide periodic training.
