Representation Case Processing Updates

The Representation Case Handling Manual and the Hearing Officer’s Guide are to be understood as sources of guidance about representation case processing.

The FLRA will update the Manual and Guide to reflect changes to the FLRA’s Representation Case Regulations. 

Until updates are finalized, the legacy Manual and Guide will remain on the FLRA’s website and continue to provide valuable information to assist parties in understanding representation case processing.
