The training will cover an introduction to the structure of the FLRA, the basics of bargaining in good faith, interference, meetings, and information requests. Denver Regional Attorney Michael Quintanilla, and Attorneys Kate De La Cruz, Whitney McOwen, and Katie Smith will present the training.
