Introduction and Best Practices

This training is virtual and covers the structure and function of the FLRA as well as an overview of the Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) investigative process – including the duty to cooperate, common reasons ULP charges are dismissed, and best practices when filing or responding to a ULP charge. This training is presented by the Washington Regional Office.
