Introduction to the Statute

This in-person training will provide an introduction to the Federal Service Labor Management Relations Statute. Topics include formal discussions, investigatory examinations, bypass, information requests, interference, and discrimination. This training will NOT cover bargaining. This training is presented by the Washington Regional Office.
