FLRA has remained fully operational throughout the COVID pandemic.  With the end of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency on May 15, 2023, the FLRA will once again receive in-person case filings, beginning on May 30, 2023.

The Act: § 6125. Flexible schedules; time-recording devices

 Notwithstanding section 6106 of this title, the Office of Personnel Management or any agency may use recording clocks as part of programs under section 6122 of this title.
